Former England U20 Josh Matavesi gets his first break in the Flying Fijians team after been named at fullback in the opening Test against Scotland.

Matavesi is one of the five new caps who will make their debut for the Fiji team on Sunday.

The other 4 players are Deacon Manu, Asaeli Boko, Vili Veikoso and Napolioni Nalaga.

Head Coach Glen Ella has opted to start Alefoso Yalayalatabua at loose-head prop ahead of Graham Dewes, who is on the bench.

Interestingly, young Josefa Domolailai will be used as the blind-side flanker to give the side more lineout jumping options.

The Fiji team to take on Scotland at 2.30am on Sunday is, in the forwards, Alefoso Yalayalatabua, Vili Veikoso, Deacon Manu, Wame Lewaravu, Ifereimi Rawaqa, Josefa Domolailai, Akapusi Qera and Asaeli Boko.

In the backline, Mosese Rauluni, Nicky Little, Napolioni Nalaga, Seremaia Bai, Gabriel Lovobalavu, Vereniki Goneva and Josh Matavesi
